Job Upload Problem


SYMPTONS
No Jobs appear to upload or my job does not appear on my PDA even after attempting to upload.
CAUSE
This may occurs for the following reasons:
  • The Job is not saved as an Active Job.
  • You have not selected the correct Project/Data Set.

RESOLUTIONS
To Resolve this, try the following:
  • Select the Job(s) you wish to make active by highlighting the row(s) and select Action menu and select Save as Active Job(s)


  • SmartTime allows multiple Datasets and Projects upon the PC, ensure you are selecting the corresponding Dataset and Project when uploading.
